The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) is a non-profit, educational, international organization founded in 1976. The primary objectives of the NFLCC are to foster an awareness of fishing tackle collecting as a hobby and to assist members in the location, identification, and trading of vintage fishing-related equipment.
This bulletin board is provided as a public forum for announcements, messages, questions, chat or almost anything else you can think of related to antique fishing tackle. Inappropriate messages will be deleted. First and Last Name is required from all posters, and we recommend that you put your e-mail address in the message area so that people may contact you.

The museum moved to Carlisle, Pa. over the winter, and is located one mile off 1-81, along the Letort Creek (great trout stream), and behind the Comfort Inn. The NFLCC has been invited to have our members participate in both room trading Thurs and Friday June 15-16th, as well as setting up as vendors on Saturday June 17th. This is an outdoor event with Fly Casting Demos, silent auction, and other activities.
Vendor space will be available under a big tent for $40, or in the meadow for $30. Vendors/exhibitors need to bring their own tables and chairs for either. We can sell and trade lures and our normal other stuff, and not limited to Fly Fishing items only. Our club will have a table under the tent and I hope that I can get some volunteers. This annual event draws a lot of public interest, and is located only one mile up the road from the old Carlisle Hotel where Great annual room trading used to occur along with Bart's show. We are hoping that our collaboration with the Museum folks will help grow the event, and perhaps bring out some former members of our club and the old Carlisle gang. Rooms are $74 per night, breakfast included-Mention museum member when booking. I will send a flyer for the event, with registration and contact information (Jerry Girard) to anyone interested. I will also try to include that in this post, and in a blast email to Region II members in the near future. I'm excited at the new opportunity we have to get together and participate in our hobby and sport for some of us.
